The ability of the Intelligent Retail Connect system to control multiple online and offline transactions is the result of the use of a database driven centrallised stock control system. The Connect EPoS system is able to control an Ebay store, and Amazon store and multiple connected eCommerce websites directly from the back office system. This means a retailer can set up product data once and sell these products on any connected channel without having to use external management interfaces.
Simple and Effective Interface
The Connect EPoS system utilises a simple till interface which shows all transactions coming back into the system. Retailers can immediately see where sales are coming from and are able to 'pick, pack and despatch' products to purchasers via the interface. Sales data is collected by the system and reporting can be done in order for retailers to check which are the best selling lines, which are the most effective selling channels and of course all sales data is available for accounting purposes.
