All prices are exclusive of delivery. We offer two delivery options within the UK:

Standard delivery is £4.95 and free for orders over £60.00 and your goods should arrive within 3-5 working days.

Express delivery is £9.95 and delivery will be within 1-2 working days.

Overseas delivery is £14.95 to Europe, please allow 10-14 days for delivery. Unfortunately we do not ship outside Europe.

All goods are sent recorded delivery via Royal Mail and may require a signature upon receipt.

Should a parcel not arrive please contact us with all relevant information and we will try to help. However Hopskotch Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed parcels once they are shipped.

Should a parcel be unclaimed and subsequently returned to Hopskotch Limited, we will only re-ship the goods on receipt of an additional p&p charge.

Please note that delivery charges are non refundable (unless the order is cancelled before it is shipped).

These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

If any items do not meet your expectations, please return them in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund or exchange. We regret that postage, packaging, gift wrapping and insurance are direct costs and will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels – please obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods.

Goods must be returned to Hopskotch Limited, 70 Whitburn Street, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, WV16 4QP.

You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped.
